The Green Ribbon Group will run two campaigns every year – one in May and the other in September to October.
Raising awareness on mental health must come hand-in-hand with well-being as well. It’s about understanding what being healthy truly means – mind, body and soul – and encouraging a healthy lifestyle altogether. Our Well-being campaign in May is focused on the self – self-care, self-esteem, self-awareness and self-management.
How Are You?
This campaign runs from World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September to World Mental Health Day on 10 October. It is simply focused on initiating a conversation – checking in to encourage people to get in touch with a loved one, and reaching out for those who may be going through a difficult time. The goal is to normalise conversations on mental health and encourage help-seeking behaviour.
